Peruvian hats in South Shields

Essential fashion in South Shields

It’s as ubiquitous as the Ugg boot, it seems that everyone in South Shields – except me – owns one.  With flaps that cover and warm the ears, available in a wide variety of designs and colours, the Peruvian hat is the dress de jour for the discerning Geordies when out doing some winter shopping.

  4. So why don’t you have one? I could have used one of these today, we’ve got -13C at the moment here.

  5. These style hats are worn in Boston too. I haven’t worn one, but would if it was cold enough.
