The Grey Horse, East Boldon

The Grey Horse

This is the Grey Horse public house in Front Street, East Boldon on the southern edge of South Shields, it has an Olde Worlde look about it but the building cannot be any more than about 120 years old. However, it is one of the “hubs” of the village life, along with it’s post office and a traditional butcher’s shop.

  1. Beautiful set of buildings! Also like the tables/banches outside, they really look like the ones usually seen at portuguese old taverns.
