Thomson Celebration, South Shields

New face on the Tyne

The MS Thomson Celebration was a recent visitor to the River Tyne, and the cruise ship was pictured as she berthed at the Northumbria Quay on the north bank. She sports five bars and two lounges, three restaurants, a disco, two whirpools, a beauty salon, a health spa, a casino, a sports club, a nightclub, a cinema, a video games lounge, a library, three launderettes and internet access. She normally cruises the Mediterranean. In short, enough to keep you occupied as you spend, spend, spend, on board!

I pictured her from the Mill Dam in South Shields.
