Eldon Square, Newcastle

It was another away day for South Shields Daily Photo as “Junior” and I visited our regional capital Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The short journey from South Shields takes just over 30 minutes on the rapid Metro train system which is conveniently only a couple of hundred yards from our home.

This is one side of the Eldon Square shopping centre at the top of Grey Street with another part of it (Monument Mall) reflected through the windows, the very elegant building that you see reflected was the book store we were visiting.

Camera details; Pentax K100D, 75mm lens, 1/180 second, f8.0, iso 200
