The Wherry, Marsden, South Shields

The Wherry

This is a favourite spot with sea anglers, some fish from the pebbly beach, and depending on the tide, some fish from the top of the cliffs. Locally known as The Wherry it is located on the coast between Whitburn Village and South Shields.

  4. This reminds me of the Pacific North West somewhat. I love to watch a rough sea.
