South Shields ferry landing

Another view of South Shields ferry landing at night, looking across the River Tyne to North Shields at about 4.00 p.m. in the afternoon. I apologise for the poor quality of this image, I decided to capture it just after the sun went down and only had a small camera with me and no tripod, so it was taken hand held braced against a fence! Consequently it is nowhere near as sharp as I would have wished.

Camera details; Konica Minolta Dimage Z3, 35mm lens, 1.6 seconds, f2.4, iso 400

  4. I like that. As a photographer you may not be satisfied, but for a non photographer like me; it looks great.
