Another view of our Georgian Town Hall, lit up, illuminated, and decorated for the Christmas period, this view takes in the forecourt and the bottom of Westoe Road, South Shields. The horizontal lines were caused by the passing lights of the cars.

  1. Love the lights that look like stars – and hey, the snow! The snow really brings it to life somehow. Amazing.

  2. Sorry you have no real snow.

But back in Dickens’ time ~ the UK had snow. ‘Mini Ice Age’ and all that… Which puts a ‘bit of the lie,’ to all the present global warming hoopla. The world temps and etc. change, over time….

Saying this, I am not saying that all the world shouldn’t cut back on bad emmitions. Of course we should! All the world should.
