Dark clouds over The Stadium of Light

Sunderland Stadium of Light

Sunderland Stadium of Light

Sunderland played Manchester United yesterday afternoon in a packed Stadium of Light. Here we see the sun setting behind the Premiership ground where over 47,000 fans gathered to see the former European Champions defeat the home team 0 – 4. Those dark clouds could well be ominous portents as my team enter the second half of the English Premier League season.
