What’s the time?
It’s Continental Market time!
Yes, it’s time to show you some of the colour and variety of the summer Continental Market held in King Street, South Shields which was happening while the Red Arrows flew overhead. This popular market now visits at Easter, summer, and Christmas to help promote tourism and take advantage of the extra visitors that we have in town at these times of the year. A huge variety of stalls lined both sides of King Street from the Market Place down towards Waterloo Vale from all over Europe.
I’ll be featuring pictures of the ContinentalMarket for the rest of this week.
Here we see a nice display of watches (which were relatively affordable for most people)
This picture very interesting, with the way they compose all colorful watches.

HI! What a colorful post!
Thanks for commenting on my blog today. I just wanted to explain about the yard/garden bit since someone else asked me if the mushrooms were growing in the garden. No they are not in my garden. The area surrounding our home is what we call a yard. Our garden is usually in another area. We usually have flowers in our yard although some might call that a flower garden if they have the flowers in a specific area in their yard. Although some might have vegetables growing in their yard most have a separate garden area. I hope that makes sense! After a rain the mushrooms popped up all over the yard but there were none in our garden.
