Mouth of the Tyne Festival, day two

Sunday saw more free entertainment in the Bents Park, South Shields, as the festival geared up into day two. Here we see one of my favourite local bands (from Wallsend) The Caffrey Brothers on stage 2.

They were followed later by the American dean Friedman and British saxophonist Courtney Pine.

Camera; Pentax K100D 450mm lens.

  1. The band composition seems simple but I can see ‘that comes from the wisdom of age’ from them.

  2. I see you use the Pentax K100. I have the Pentax K10 w DA16-45 nice combination and very happy with the camera, also have other lenses including some old screwmount lenses and an adapter to mount them on the K10.
I liked the beatles lookalike John and paul, I saw the real beatles in Wigan in 1963 before the went worldwide and also before we moved to Canada
