Arbeia Roman Fort, South Shields (3)

Cohors Quinta Gallorum is an early third century military and civilian re-enactment society. Quinta holds events during the summer months at Arbeia and elsewhere and, during the winter, meets once a month at Arbeia, South Shields. Re-enactments which take place are quite realistic and give a good historical evaluation of the period of occupation.

  1. Is he wearing an Etruscan ring and a Nubian bracelet? 🙂 Leaving that aside, the disguise and complexion look quite authentic. The capture is really good.
